As Managing Director, John will lead the international expansion of NOI’s innovative new RE-Sourcing solution.

Over fifteen years, John has provided a wide range of real estate investment & operations advisement, commercial banking, and capital markets to some of the largest financial services and real estate companies in the world.

He spent the last eight years as Senior Vice President of Zenta (formerly Global Realty Outsourcing) where he managed their 2,000+ person commercial real estate group which provided mission critical services including due diligence, lease administration, and finance & accounting. John has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate operations including portfolio management, asset management and property management, development, acquisitions, valuations and financial modeling. His international experience is second to none having lived in Asia as he built Zenta’s global services delivery platform and having led numerous financial performance optimization projects for tier-one real estate companies throughout Europe.
