Strategic Account Engagements

- NOI Strategies is
pleased to announce the addition of Claire Dewitt to its
elite team of commercial real estate process and
technology experts.
Since 1989, Claire has led countless
business process optimization projects as both a user
and a service provider. These have leveraged leading
technology platforms including Yardi, CTI, Intuit, SAP,
Argus, Realpage, Timberline and many others. Claire is
widely considered as one of the most experienced
managers of all phases of real estate process
optimization, software and business analysis,
design-to-implementation, quality assurance, training,
support and acceptance.
Claire has served for the last
several years as the chairperson for ‘TIDMA’, the
international user group comprised of approximately
forty tier-one commercial real estate companies that
utilize the CTI & Insight solutions.
Claire was most recently the Quality
Control Director for Faison Associates, a
privately-owned real estate development and investment
company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Claire also served from 1997 to 2004 as a Manager at
PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she led numerous technology
initiatives on behalf of the world’s leading real estate
companies, financial institutions, and the US
government. From 1992 to 1997, Claire was Financial
Administrator for the Estate of James Campbell, now
James Campbell Company.
Joining as a Director, Claire will
manage a consulting and
RE-Sourcing team on behalf of one the world’s
largest financial services companies.
